Self-lies are hard to break through when we believe them. Believing a self-lie renders it invisible. I can't iradicate what I cannot identify as a lie. I am certain that there is a big lie, resting on my brow, and that identifying it would be like the bursting of a festering boil. So, I drink my tea, light my candle, draw my tarot card and set my goals each day with faith that, through daily efforts to move forward, the screw will eventually turn.
